Do you have to apply in person for a re-entry permit or can someone go ti Immigration on your behalf?

I shall apply at Jomtien if that makes a difference.

Thanks

Yep, that's what it says, but back in the older "Suan Plu days" I sure saw a lot of Thai bringing in stacks of passports for re-entry permits....

So, if you're not too far from Jomtien Immigration, why not give it a shot, and report back how it went, or didn't.

I go to Sam Khok, Pathum Thani now, and get my re-entry permit at the same time I do my extension. Good insurance, even if I don't need it.
