Dental Implants

Featured Replies

I need to get a dental implant and my local Thai dentist has recommended Dental World Chiang Mai. I haven't been able to find any pros/cons about Dental World in respect specifically to dental implants. Any comments out there about them or any excellent experiences in Chiang Mai with other dentists in regard specifically to dental implants?

Are you going with the Swiss made or the Thai made, different pricing. The procedure isn't that bad, there again not that much of a joy either now I think about it. But at least you get teeth again! When I had some done an oral surgeon from Bangkok did the work, don't think stanfdard dentists should do that, so check who they use for surgery.

As an aside just had a Sinus Lift as a prep for more implants, now that really sucked. The teeth may be fading but at least I don't need Viagra, we all get wins and losses on the merry-go-round of life.smile.png

Dental 4 U on Tha Pae rd does excellent implant work. Lots of careful attention and a communicative staff.

Have you had an x-ray yet - to confirm enough bone in your jaw to accommodate them?

My recent x-ray said - not enough bone - am looking for an alternate method?
