I'd let my full-time live-in do it, take it as her night off if they just need basic supervision, but she doesn't speak any English. Have you asked the hotel? Have not asked hotel yet this time....but all/most hotels use an outside service if they have it and you end up with a complete stranger recommended by an outside service. I know not much different looking for someone here....but at least it would/should be someone recommended and known...as you have done.
