Need Temp Office/meeting Room In Northern Bangkok

Featured Replies

I am looking for a small temporary office or meeting room that I can rent for 1 week, April 1-5 in Northern Bangkok/Rangsit. Anything from Cheang Wattana at the South end to AIT in Pathumthani at the north. This is for a small group of only 3-4 people.

It does not need to be anything visually spectacular, but does need to be reasonably secure from theft so that we can leave computer equipment there. Must be air conditioned and offer internet access. Also offer parking for 3-4 vehicles.

I have checked with various temporary office agencies but they are all located downtown. I have checked with a few hotels but they do not offer conference/meeting rooms this small.

Does anybody know of a place that may fit this requirement? It could even be an unused room in a restaurant. 24 hour access would be nice but not an absolute requirement.

All suggestions appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

What price range are you looking for?

I don't necessarily have a hard target for that. Much of that depends on the quality of the location. But I can put some limits on it. For example, 10,000 baht a day for a large hotel conference room is outside the budget. If you told me 5000 baht a day I'd need to investigate the location, and if I couldn't find anything better I just might do it. Cheaper is always better to a degree, but professionalism also plays a large part. If I can use a credit card and get a formal receipt at a hotel that is more valuable than having to pay by cash with just a handwritten rental agreement. But I'll consider anything. Since I don't have a feel for what is available, I don't want to rule something out that might otherwise be exactly what we need.
