chuckd Posted March 25, 2013 Share Posted March 25, 2013 One thing I forgot to mention is my wife does all the yard work...mowing, raking, trimming, clean-up, etc. I have convinced her that I cannot do this since I do not have a work permit and might be in violation of my retirement visa if I am caught. shepsel Posted March 25, 2013 Share Posted March 25, 2013 One of the luxuries of living here in Thailand is that I am able to hire a cleaning lady at a very reasonable price.I have showed her how I like things done, and it took a while for her to catch on, and once in a while she forgets, but my home is super clean, and it is a treat not to have to clean my own bathroom which I dreaded to do in the old country because the cost of getting an apartment cleaned was upwards of $80 for five hours.
