Good point, I'll mention this to my wife. We're going to the land office next Tuesday and she'll see if she can get this point added. Actually I may not want to live in the house for all that long. We're living out in the boonies, nothing but ricefields. The only reason I'm here and not in Pattaya or Hua Hin or Koh Samui is because my wife is from here and I followed her here. If my wife died I probably wouldn't want to live here all alone for a very long time. But there again maybe I would. So I want to keep my options open. And if I decided to move away elsewhere I'd want time to try and sell off things I've bought and wouldn't want to carry around with me. I really hope the situation never arises.
