Criminal Court schedules April 19 to hear Kokaew's bail
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- The Criminal Court Monday scheduled April 19 for Pheu Thai MP Kokaew Pikulthong to hear its decision on whether to allow him to be released on bail.

The court summoned him in a hearing Monday to consider his release on bail in the terrorism case.

He let Deputy House Speaker Charoen Jankomol, Pheu Thai leader Charupong Ruangsuwan and redshirt leader Thida Thawornseth guarantee his behaviour that he would not cause problems outside the cell.

Kokaew has been released on bail due to immunity for MPs while parliamentary is in session.

While the current session will recess on April 18 and the court has scheduled to summons him again on April 19.

So become a politician and receive immunity from prosecution. No wonder square face got in on the act. Trick is not to get ousted then charged!

redshirt leader Thida Thawornseth guarantee his behaviour

Now that's a slam dunk.

Now, now, don't be hasty. Pheu Thai party list MP and UDD leader Korkaew was accepted as candidate in a Bangkok by-election in 2010. He was even allowed to get out of jail for a moment to register. Therefore he must be an honorable gentleman rolleyes.gif
