Psych01 Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 It is the server that all internet users go through here in Thailand, as the Thai government sensor certain websites i.e. porn sites etc., or sites that are against the morality laws here. This is how they censor the sites and block the user from entering the site.
