Hi I would like help on where the customs office where they hold packages that need custom clearance. We're going today but would like help to where we should go.

The package was sent by using FedEx and now is stuck in Samutprakarn, TH and needs custom clearance. Does anyone know where to go for this kind of problem. We have tried fedex customer service but isn't going anywhere. It's been three weeks and I would like to do things up close and personal. I do not know If there is a problem with my package or they are just cheating on me for money.

Any help would do thanks !
