This is just for the ones in IT / software firms .. what are your normal office timings

8-6 generally, but overtime as business requires

8-6 .. 10 hours .. is that the standard here?

Generally 9 hours (flexible 7.30-5.30 with 1 hour lunch), leave at 4.30 on friday (8 hours). No weekend. No paid overtime. Crappy rate as well :o

Seems pretty standard.

Our development team are required to be in the office from 9:00am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch - nearly always taken right on the stroke of 12!!
