My aged parent will be visiting and is in to this sort of thing. I read somewhere that someone was prosecuted as "a bogus fortune teller".

Are they licenced here ? Do they have to pass an exam.? Anyone know a good one and cost please?

Dennis Handsreader has a great reputation and he is in town. Do a Google search and it might tell how to contact him. He is Westerner, not a Thai.

The bogus fortune teller was a woman who told a grandmother that her son who had been missing for 12 hours was dead. Turns out the son went to visit his father (who was a construction worker) in the next province over. Turns out it was all bogus when the father brought the son home.

Upcountry superstitions blended with reality...

What's the point of having a psychic sit an exam? Wouldn't they already know what the questions were going to be wai2.gif
