I am interested to learn cake decoration. Does anyone know if there are cake decorating classes in Pattaya?

Cake decorating is a wide subject matter.

Not many practitioners of the western style,due to the temperature and availability of product.

For example,when you practice,you use polystyrene fake cake forms.

Sugar paste is not available,and expensive to make,also the same with almond paste.

If you would like to learn a culinary art whilst in Asia,think about fruit carving,you will no doubt of seen some examples in Hotels.

I see decorated cakes in all the supermarkets, so someone knows how to do it. My question is where can I learn to di t? Carving fruit won't work for cakes.

Those type of cakes are mass produced in factory settings.

Not really the cake decorating you need to go to school for.

Buy a book and learn at home,

Novelty cakes.
