Blue Garden looks good too... That might be the one. Anyone been there?

Thanks.

A lot of the guests at my wife's guesthouse go to Satva Yoga and they have all said good things

you can find them by googling Satva Yoga Chiang Mai

Namo is good. But like a lot of places it also depends on the teacher and finding a class to fit your level and what you need.

If you are looking for internationally certified instruction in English I would suggest
"Yoga Up" third floor, Ge'nie chef building on the 2nd. ring road behind

the new Promenada Mall construction.

Good stuff - where sells good quality yoga mats in CM?

Thanks.

I got my yoga mat at the sports section of Central Airport Plaza. The price was decent although I can't recall exactly what it was. Anyway, it works well for me, not that I have much to compare with. I'd assume you can find yoga mats in any sports store these days.

They also do yoga at the gym near computer plaza in the /santitham area. Its free if you join the gym and they have it daily.Good quality teachers and perfect for a beginner
