PATTAYA:--Villagers in Soi Boonsampan in East Pattaya came together to rescue an 8 month pregnant Cow from certain death on Wednesday afternoon after it became stuck in a deep hole at a condo construction site.

Rescue Volunteers were also called to the scene and devised a plan with villagers to rescue the 6 year old cow known as “Dang”, as its owner, Khun Samat aged 73, apprehensively looked-on.

While some began to tie ropes around the rapidly tiring cow, others were ensuring it was well watered following direct exposure to the sun for more than 2 hours.

Notice how the owner was quick to blame the construction site,

But any way a happy ending for "Dang".

Probably the cow had no business being in a construction site, but still, it could have been a kid that fell into the water. As usual, the local government tries to cover their ass too, since no one ever inspects a construction site, so whos fault is it?

Christ, a simple cow rescue cannot go without it being some sort of conspiricy or blame game!!

The government didn't issue a statement yet. The cow Red of the witless owner Khun Samat running around freely is a greater risk for kids, and people, and traffic, than a secluded construction pit filled a with a foot or so of water. And why should they secure the site with a fence? Take a trip out to little elephant reservoir, there are drops of ten metres on one side, unsecured. Or the dump on top of Khao Talo, that's 20 metres down.
