hey folks

i am 46 and comming to move to LOS with student visa for 1 year at start, comming to learn thai + english ( hope i get native teacher).

roumors says i can renew the student visa every year, so the next 4 years i am secure with stayingin my beloved Thailand!

after that i can seek for retirment visa when i past 50..

anyway my Q is

1. do any one checking fromwhere i getting money for living? ( i do online biz, not a big thing, but enough for me for decent life in LOS)

or

2. shoud i make a company to avoid tax fraud? can i with student visa opening company?

yeap, never late to start the school ;)

With a student visa they will not check your income. However, working in Thailand without a work permit is illegal and no WP will be issued on an ED-visa.
