BlackJack
Description Working together to foster good governance in all condominiums in Thailand. Founder: Mr. Ryuji Yamakawa A great majority of condominiums in Thailand are well managed by competent property management companies. In some condominiums, however, owners are facing numerous cases of mismanagement, malpractices, fraud and corruption. Many of these arise from a lack of transparency in condominium management. Absence of adequate mechanisms for condominium owners to share experiences and information makes them difficult to effectively tackle problems facing them. Owners of condominiums recognized the urgent need to join hands in fostering good governance in all condominiums in Thailand. Such efforts will contribute to making Thailand's property sector more attractive to foreign investors. Against this background, the Network of Condominium Owners in Thailand was established in September 2012. joining is free at http://www.addresstalk.com/

BlackJack
This seems like a good idea. What progress have you made since 2012? How many members do you now have? well it works like this you can ask to have your condo block added to the website and you can be the moderator for it I signed for 2 and look after them the condo in which i live has 60 signed up and they (as many dont live in Thailand permanently) receive news about their condo. Management uses the site to also post messages about AGM's, repair work, etc. There is discussion now about the WIFI system and also the cable system. Also there is a discussion about legal issues than many find interesting. have a look - its free.
