Hi, I have a non-immigrant multiple "o" visa must be utilised before 11 sep 2013. I will enter Thailand 10 sep, and would like to stay at least 7 months.

I am marrried to a Thai lady and we live alternating every 2 weeks at our homes in Surin and Pattaya.

What options do I have ? I have tried to search the forum for an answer, but each case seems to be different and sometimes the replies are contradictory.

When you enter on 10th Sept you will get a stay of 90 days.

You can then apply for a 60 day extension from Immigration.

Or a 12 month extension if you have at least 400,000 Baht in a Thai bank or 40,000 Baht monthly income.

Or another Non Imm Visa from a Thai Consulate.
