Tiramisu.......You guys have no idea.....I am the Tiramisu master.

My Tiri is legendary.....It is better than the Italian masterpiece itself.

I have known females to involuntary orgasm at my Tiramisu.

Ask my wife....

A review of a Japanese restaurant gone astray. Its a combo of Misu soup with Tira added to it. Tira is a type of dog found only in Japan :o

The best, imo, is at that Italian restaurant next to gekko books...

Here is a recipe..

Tiramisu

6 egg yolks

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup brandy

1/3 cup Marsala or coffee

1 pound mascarpone or ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups whipping cream

3/4 cup extra-strong coffee

24 giant Italian ladyfingers

4 ounces semisweet chocolate; finely chopped

In bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until light, about 5 minutes. Whisk in

1/4 cup each of brandy and Marsala. Transfer to double boiler over gently

simmering water; whisk for about 7 minutes or until thickened. Let cool.

Beat cheese until smooth; fold in egg mixture. Whip cream; stir one-quarter

into cheese mixture. Fold in remaining cream. Combine coffee and remaining

brandy and Marsala.

Arrange half of the ladyfingers in 11-x 7-inch glass baking dish; brush

with half of the coffee mixture. Spread with half of the cream mixture.

Repeat layers. Top with chocolate.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let thaw

in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.)

Very well put!. Amazing how you came up with that.

Italian Lang Mor had a truly excellent one, but it is alas gone now for some stupid reason. They claim they are working on a better one, but I do not see how it would be possible to top what they used to have.

Got some yesterday from Georgio's.. Pretty good but pricey. Heard good things about the pastry at Oriental Dhara Dhevi.. They have sales daily apparently. Not sure if the have orgasm inducing Tiramisu tho.

I like tiramisu, but got burned out on it years ago.

It seems almost the same in every single Italian restaurant, and they ALL have it.

I only order it if no other desert is available.

If someone can tell me where to try a special one in Chiang Mai, I would be most interested!

Sure, everything but the brandy and chocolate, of course :o

On second thought, make the whole thing, and save the biggest part for me :D
