A four month holiday?

With somewhere between 3 and four mil? in wages,, totally outrageous!!!!.

So Suarez is now on £750k-£1M a month ?Good luck to the lad I say.

reported to have signed a new deal at the scouse last year at supposedly somewhere between 180 to 220,000 a week

yeah very entertaining both teams were totally shattered after 90 let alone after x time went to pens after Chile hit the x bar in the last min!!! dramatic well worth a watch highlights on the bbc later. WOW great goal for Columbia, and isnt the itv commentary absolutely SHIT. Townsend is a <deleted>

Clive Tyldesley and Andy Townsend are my favourite commentators. They know their stuff.

TV pundits and ex England players haven't got a clue about South American football.

Which is probably why England fails and South America wins.

Even a class act like Ian Wright doesn't appear to have a clue about what the boy Rodrigues from Colombia does.

So what fcking chance has Hodgson got.... or Les Ferdinand coaching Spurs.

No fcking chance.

They are in a totally different league.

When i started to watch Suarez, playing for Ajax, i thought he was a horrible little girly, screaming and slobbering at refs and linesmeman, just for a throw in decision. Then he got done for biting in Holland and left for Liverpool,as Ajax must have been fed up of his baby tantrums.

Now after 2 more biting incidents and a racist remark, we here people actualy think he has been hard done too, the man is a total scum bag and deserves everything he gets.

You can talk about Suarez and his very flawed character till the cows come home. he's a stupid tit of a bloke.

However, its Suarez the player thats really relevant. Spurs scouts were on him years ago and i too watched him many times when he was at Ajax. I'm still mystified and irked to this day how and why we didn't sign him, because for all the dramas and so on that surround him it was always crystal clear what a fantastic player he was shaping out to be. But seriously, for all the tantrums, dramas, biting et al i really don't see how the word "scumbag" is fitting. Totally ott imho. As is the press and their obsession with him for that matter.

He's just a world class player who happens to be an idiotic clown. Anyway, he clearly think were all idiots because he's penned a letter to FIFA on june 25th denying he bit the Italian! Apparently the camera does lie...oh dear Louis!! laugh.png

Yes i did and i'm still not at all impressed with this Brazil side. Light weight and aside of Neymar not convinced about the forwards. far too reliant on a couple of players.

Agreed. I'll be very surprised if they make the final.

They'll only make the final if Sepp wants them too! They are simply not that good. Argentina, Netherlands and Germany are all better sides to name but three. The French can turn it on too.

Well to be honest i was in disbelief that you seem to think that Suarez could be punished and yet this couldn't, shouldn't impact on his employers in the premier league. Either you are living on another planet or completely delusional. But hey, go on, feel hard done by and of course blame everyone else except the imbecile that committed the offense

Do you really think that the club should come off worse over this whole saga?

That's exactly what I'm moaning about.

I'm not saying he shouldn't be banned. He is a bell for what he did, no question about it.

I know you're gonna say it doesn't matter, their punishing the individual blah blah blah...........

Ofcourse i'm going to say that because theres no other way of looking at it.

Anyway, i seem to remember Liverpools results playing without him last season were very good.

Cheers.

I seem to remember Bangkok Bob saying at the beginning of last season that in the previous season your results were better without him than were with him so I really can't see what all the fuss is about biggrin.png

It seems what also counted against Suraez moment of madness is that he showed no contrition and basically tried to lie his way out of it.

I seem to remember after the Ivanovic incident he at least said he was ashamed of his behaviour in front of his family ,especially children, which he has been using as a prop in this latest saga.

He would have far more understanding and maybe a more lenient sentence if he admitted "he had a problem" and manned up.

Liverpool know exactly what they have got before they signed him and after 3 confirmed biting incidents and an a attempted one in the 2013 Confederations Cup, a racial slur conviction, a head butt on a referee admittedly when he was 16 and absolutely no guarantee that he won't do it again.

Genius is at times akin to madness...as has been proved a zillion times over history

I think I know why Wenger's bid was so cheeky now. You have to factor in what the player's antics are going to cost you.

I reckon Milan can expect a low ball offer for Mr. Balotelli.thumbsup.gif

Agree with carmine and jelly.

Brazil are going to find it tough. Hulk beginning to boil mind. Could have scored a few.

Disallowed goal in normal time looked like shoulder not arm to me.

We haven't really seen how South America faces up to the best of Europe yet I don't think.

Drama to come by the bucketload.

Apologies to longstebe for brief derailment.

On a more serious note, I don't see how they can let him play again until he's had treatment and been signed off by a Physiacrist.Who's to say that players won't refuse to play against him or at least make him wear an Hannibal Lecter mask biggrin.png

The @luis16suarez ban shows how much of a corrupt organization FIFA is. Controlled by Man U and Everton scum attacking Liverpool constantly.

Kosovan side Hajvalia have offered to take Luis Suarez on-loan for four months, outside of Fifa's jurisdiction

Suarez has finally apologised for biting saying it will never happen again. I hear that Barca insisted on apology if transfer is to proceed.

Apology made, move to Barca now on!BrZN-GDCQAAdflC.png

^ ^ could anyone elaborate on the Barca request, I'm reading it being retweeted but no source.

My guess is Barca would have wanted him with or without an apology.

Seems a bit at odds with everyone else associated with Uruguay and what he has said himself. Apparently LFC were no aware it was forth coming. You watch Fifalona get the domestic football ban lifted once he transfers.

80M or 50M quid and Sanchez will do.
