Hi,

I have recently moved to Bangkok - Sukhumvit area. I transported a Miele washing machine from Australia, and on arrival it is not working. I believe the problem is an easy fix because I had the same problem in Australia, and the Miele guy fixed it in about 10 minutes.

Miele does not seem to have a service presence in Thailand.

Can anyone reccommend a repair man or service that I can call. I do not speak Thai and so do require someone with English skills.

thats unusual, i thought those things were unbreakable! Miele used to be in Thailand and i believe their service agent was decormart on Thonglor however i believe they no longer support the brand and i have a feeling support is now run out of singapore (that maybe out of date as i last looked into this a couple of years ago). there are plenty of miele machines around here so someone must be able to service them, maybe start with decormart and see if they can put you in touch with someone. or maybe contact miele in singapore see what they suggest.
