how do you stop these pests from invade-ing your privacy? every day my wife is getting 4-5 requests from so called generals,i have blocked them but still the same ones keep requesting to contact them.oh and they keep ignoreing her demands[jokeing]

You need to start worrying when a police colonel starts bombarding her on Skype.

meatboy - go into Tools, Options, Privacy and mark the circle - Allow IMs from Contacts only.

That should stop everyone I think. And you can add people to a block list as well.

Oh and check what is allowed for video and calls as well while you are at it.
