Chatuchak market is opened at night on Friday but I wonder if many shops opened and which area of the market is opened ?

Its difficult to answer. Some sections on the outer rim are open all the time now, some inside do open late on a friday, it really depends on what you are looking for. If you just want to avoid the crowds then you can do that by going early morning. JJ mall now sells many things you will find inside the market and that's always open..
