90 Days Reporting, Late Fee?

Featured Replies

Hi,

My 90 day reporting is tomorrow for my imm O visa, but my extension of stay that I submitted last month they want me to go on Thursday for my approval stamp.

If I just go on Thursday and do it all at once, will that be ok?

A friend of mine said it will be as long as I go within 7 days after my 90 day reporting date, but I am not sure if he is right or not.

So thought I would ask here..

Thanks

14 days before and 7 days after the reporting date is the window if you do it in person.

Thanks, actually I just realised I have to go on Wednesday for my approval.

Is it open this Wednesday? Isnt it a public holiday (labor day) will it be open?

It is 15 days before until 7 days after window.

The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.

Wednesday is Mayday and indeed it is a public holiday

Mayday is not a government holiday in Thailand. Immigration should be open as normal.

About a year ago, I neglected to check the date of the stamp and I was 2 weeks late. A junior officer thought it odd, but no one else paid any attention.

As said, tomorrow is a bank holiday, but not a government holiday so immigration will be open.
