Also if you copy and paste the Thai writing into the search box at www.maps.google.com it will come up as Wat Siri Sao Thong (at least it did for me). From the map you can get directions.

Entrance is just past Volvo truck and bus on Bang na - Trat frontage road

Wat Si Sao Tong is in Samut Prakarn and its about 70 baht in a taxi from Bearing BTS station...
