PATTAYA:--Two suspects to be considered being on drugs stole two bags from two Russian foreigners. 1 suspect fleeing the scene and 1 arrested.

PATTAYA – May 2, 2013 [PDN]; Pol.Capt. Yongyuth Warnnuea, the Vice Suppression Inspector of Muang Pattaya police station was informed 2 foreigners got their properties stolen, luckily a good citizen helped them catch the thief at the old fishing pier, Pattaya Beach, Moo 10 Nongprue, Banglamoong, Chonburi, and then the police went to the crime scene with forces.

Police arriving at the scene, found the good citizen had already caught the thief, Police identifying the suspect, Mr. Bancha Jairam, AKA “X,” 24, who lives in house number 12, Moo 15, Banyao, Muang Buriram, Buriram. The victims who were Mr. Alexey Kondvarov, 26, and Miss Sveleana Shersto Boevo, 25, insisted to arrest the man, the victims told the thief to return what he had stolen, and told the police to help him to return their property, which contained important documents.
