May 9, 201313 yr Just bought USD from Bangkok Bank yesterday for an upcoming trip. Local branch sends all of their foreign currencies to main branch before noon, so it is best to go to the main branch.

Concur on Super rich, if you are in the area.On average 0.2 - 0.3 Baht cheaper per US$ then the main banks. Only the big office in the soi past Big C sells, the smaller exchange boots they have do not sell foreign currency. You need to bring some foto ID (passport or driver license) to Super Rich!
