PATTAYA:--A 49 year old Japanese Tourist reported being conned out of 100,000 Yen, approximately 29,000 Baht, by two men, thought to be of middle-eastern origin, at a restaurant on Pattaya Beach.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Monday at the D Beach Restaurant located at the Northern end of Pattaya Beach. Mr. Keisuke Motoki presented himself at Pattaya Police Station and went through the case with investigators.

As he was sitting in the restaurant, earlier in the night with a friend, he was approached by two men, who he described as being of middle-eastern origin.
