George Bush went to visit the Queen in England, and while he was there he inqired " How do you run such an efficiant country?"

" I'll show you" replied the Queen and called for Tony Blair

" Tony" the Queen asked " Your Mother has a baby, it's not your sister, and it's not your brother. Who is it?"

"That's easy" Replied Blair " It's me"

Back in the States Bush called all his men together to tell them why Britain was so great. He took Karl Rove aside, and asked him the riddle.

" I'll get a team of men on it right away" Rove replied. " I'll have you an answer within the week"

After a week os thinking, noone could come up with answer, so his Cof S made his way back to the President disheartened. On the way back he bumped into Colin Powell and asked him the riddle.

" That's easy" replied Powell " It's me"

Rove went running to Bush.

" George, George, I've got the answer. We can be great too. The child is Colin Powell"

" Don't be such a stupid ass" replied the president. " the child is Tony Blair"
