Are the 30 days added at the end of my current visa or do they start on the day I go to the immigration?

So my stamp says 4 of Apr. That's the last day I can be in the country if i understand well.

What do you think is safe to do? Go on the 3rd to immigration?

Should I worry about the result of the election and possible trouble?

Anyway in all case I could go for a avisa run...
