Mid Thirties What Visa To Apply For

Featured Replies

i'm wondering if anybody could assist me, I would like to stay in thailand, I used to have a thai bussines and a B visa. now I have sold my bussines

and receiving my income from abroad, i have been doing border runs 15 day's for the last several months, but have been told there's a 14 time limit

im not married, what are my options???

For long time stay there is only the option of studying and getting the ED-visa.

Well for starters you need to convert ur 15 days stamp into a non immigrant and then get an education visa. So in total u will get 15 months for the 1st time. Then u can continue doing this for another 5 years!

You can not convert a 15 day stay into a non immigrant entry in most cases unless full time student and recognized school and you would not then obtain an education visa but an extension of stay for anything from a few days to one year. Only a Consulate can issue a multi entry education visa and none the area are likely to issue. You extend your stay at immigration while in study.

Thanks guy's I already studied the thai language whillst on my B visa, any chance off obtaining a ED visa without studying???

I know its blunt putting it this way, but it seems rules change so often in TH, it's really difficult to get all the facts togheter

You should of been getting tourist visas instead of the 15 day border runs.

You can get a 2 entry in Laos. Singles in Penang or KL.

In order to get the extension of stay after getting a single entry ED visa from a nearby embassy or consulate you would need to attend a school at least 4 hours a week.

Yes, 'technically' you need to attend. A lot of language schools allow their students not to attend classes.
