hi guys and girls

my wife is going to take her english test in bangkok for the first part of the spousal visa,can anyone tell me how difficult it is?what she has to score in writing,listen,speaking,how long does the test pass last .she wants to take it at ashoke in bangkok does anybody know what that place is like good or not??

The level required is A1 of the CEFR, which is very basic. If she can hold a conversation with you in English, even if it's broken English, she will have no trouble.

Note that whilst they will make her take reading and writing as well as speaking and listening, only speaking and listening are required for her visa. It doesn't matter what she scores in reading and writing; even if she fails them.

There are practice tests that can be done online similar to the format of the test, its a good idea to practice a bit just to get used with how the tests are, we used a company called Vantage Siam , they were very good.
