Translation Help: "keep The Noise Down And Do Not Slam The Door"

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Following my previous successful post about not leaving shoes outside apartments (now everybody keeps shoes indoor in the condo!, thanks guys), I would like to write a public note that basically says #1: "As a sign of respect for your neighbors, please keep the noise down", #2: "Please don't slam the door of your room... Thank you for your cooperation.".

The translation doesn't need to be a transliteration, but reflects its English meaning.

Thanks

Thanks for your help.

Any other suggestions?

. I know that "Mole" came up with a meaningful translation in the shoes story post. If you read that, Mole, you contribution is appreciated.

กรุณาปิดประตูเบาๆ Please close the door gently/softly

or

กรุณาปิดประตูห้องเบาๆ Please close the room/unit door gently/softly

I find asking someone to do something gets better results than asking them not to do something.
