Rentals In Krabi

Featured Replies

Hi. I have been in Thailand for 13 years and speak fairly good Thai. I have been in Bkk for 5 years, Phuket for 1 year and now Pattaya for 7 years. I'm tired off all the hustle and bustle and Im not into the bar scene or girly scene. Of course it would be nice to have a couple of locals for beer etc.

I am thinking of living away from the down-town area (if there is one) and can even live in the country but would be nice to be 20 or 30 minutes to a beach. Anyone have any suggestions and maybe what the prices are? I would prefer a small house but an apartment or condo may be ok. Maybe up to 10,000 tops?

I appreciate any help or advise. I would rent a truck here and drive all my things and chopper to Krabi then drive back and bus it back to Krabi more then likely.

Have you tried the condos in Mandawee (Nopparathara beach)?

You have, also, some good deals around Nathai(3 km from Aonang) decent studios full equipped for something like 6000b/month for long term resident.

There is new developments, when you get out from Krabi town to Aonang... Ozone condo and another one completely built,... it s cheaper in this area and with a better service.

Good luck in your research ;)
