PATTAYA:--A former Pattaya Police Volunteer who currently works as a Security Guard at a Pattaya Shopping Center was arrested at the scene of a minor road crash on the Sukhumvit Road in Jomtien early on Saturday Morning.

The accident involved a Honda City Car driven by a 31 year old Russian, Mr. Igor Chelabinskaya and a Honda Wave Motorbike. The Bike driver was slightly injured and taken to Banglamung Hospital. Police suspected the car driver was in a drunken state and he was later taken to the Police Station for further investigation.

Moments after the crash a Thai Man, named as Khun Waragorn aged 29, approached the Russian, and it is claimed he identified himself as a Police Volunteer.

He's a wannabe cop, just wanting to get in on the action.

Everybody knows Thai police are thieves.

Four generalisations in one short post. Not a record here, but close.

I would just ignore any want to be cop (volunteer cop) if I ever had a problem, but I do hope the drunk Russian gets what he deserves

who ended up with the $100 in their pocket?
