manarak Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 by car is the easiest, it's located in jomtien soi 5. alternatively, take a bus in bangkok, for example a bangkok-rayong one, and have them stop on sukhumvit near Thepprasit road, then take a motorcycle taxi.
Psych01 Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 If you use that bus, BKK-Rayong, you need to allow yourself at least 3hrs, 120bht though. Were in BKK are you?
Kaoboi Bebobp Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 One way is to take airport bound train from Makasan downtown, Cityline is 35 baht, Express 90 baht. Go to Level 1 (below arrivals floor) to catch the nice Roong Reung bus from airport to Jomtien, 134 baht (at least that's the price from Jomtien). It arrives at the Top Mart on Theppraya at Thep Phrasit. You can either walk (15 minutes) or take a moto taxi to soi 5 immigration. Link to discussion on airport to Jomtien services.

Takes about 4 hours but is comfortable and convenient.
Gone Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 Isn't the OP asking about Immigration in "Chonburi" and NOT Pattaya? I cannot answer the question but the Immigration office in Chonburi is not located for convenience. It is a bit off the beaten trail. Best bet would be to take the bus or mini van from Bkk and get out down-town Chonburi then take a motorcycle taxi to Immigration.
binnsy Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 Get the bus from the airport 117 baht straight to Jomtien walk around the corner job done,117 baht back. Bus only stops at jomtien.
Rimmer Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 The immigration office in Soi 5 is known as Chonburi Immigration and the OP posted this in Pattaya so believe we are correct in assuming that is where he wants to go unless he can tell us otherwise. WinnieTheKhwai Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 I'd do the airport rail link to the airport, then connect on the Jomtien bus. It ends up at the end of Theprasit Rd, walking distance from Jomtien Soi 5, or grab a passing baht bus for an additional 10 baht and get off at soi 5. Total cost: 45 airport rail + 134 baht for the bus.

Sorry, I thought that Chonburi Immigration was the one in Chonburi. No sarcasm meant. The OP might have put a little more effort into his post to be honest but ok maybe he does mean Jomtien.
