My friend in a bit of a jam, just learned today that her new job that starts on July 1st. The school has never hired a foreign teacher before.

This set alarm bell ringing for me, but of course might be fine.

Is it likely that this school knows what they are doing? And can in fact hire her legally.

Has your friend sorted out her other WP issues yet, they need to be fixed prior to aplying for a new WP.
