In December or January I will be moving to Pattaya. And I will be looking to rent a house in or close to East Pattaya. I will be ona budget and looking to pay about 12,000 baht a month. I would love to pay less but would be willing to pay more. It would be great if the house was part of a village with a swimming pool.

On the 28th July I will be arriving in Pattaya for a 3 week holiday. So if any body has got a house that they are looking to rent out later this year then please feel free to pm me and if I like the sound of your house I would be happy to view it whilst I am on holiday.

I know December/January is a few months away but at the end of August I will be retiring from work. And Ihave a few things to do in the UK before I can move out to Thailand to live.
