PATTAYA:--A Pattaya City Hall Security Volunteer attached to the Thappraya 3210 organization is currently fighting for his life in Hospital after he was stabbed as he attempted to break-up a fight.

The incident occurred at the base of the Flybird Condominium in Soi 17, South Pattaya. The injured man was named as Khun Nitikom aged 47 who was stabbed in his stomach and neck. He was rushed to Hospital and was brought back to life by medics. He is currently in a deep coma and will be lucky to survive the ordeal according to Doctors.

The incident began in a room inside Building D at the Flybird Condominium. During an altercation by the room occupant, Khun Brapai aged 30 and his friend, a bottle was thrown out of the window and smashed on the ground close to where the volunteer was eating with friends at a restaurant.

Khun Brapai came down to the restaurant and then got into a heated argument with the restaurant owner over an unpaid bill which is when the volunteer intervened and told Khun Brapai to back-off. At this point Khun Brapai became incensed and picked up a long knife he spotted inside a nearby shop.

Do hope the victim pulls through.

What is the function of a "City Hall Volunteer"? are the police volunteers, or more a village prefect?

Sounds like the perpetrator is the sort of person that needs locking up and the keys thrown away, no place for this type of person in decent society.
