Can you check this when you are behind a PC ?

Click your Username in the top right,

Click My Settings

Click Manage Attachments

- Settings, Privacy, Photos. If Thaivisa Connect ... is set to On ?

Then sorry, but I am out of options or things to advice.

I don't know if it matters, but I am only at 1% of Quota.

Ps: Are you trying to upload via a Wireless connection via your Router (@home) or via 3G/Edge ?
