Beautician / Salon Supplies? Looking For Comedone Extractors

Featured Replies

Hi. I'm looking for shops that supply equipment to these types of shops. Specifically been trying to see if I can get comedone extractors (specialised instruments for removing blackheads from the skin) Perhaps if someone out there has a wife/partner who works in a beauty shop they might know where to get such a thing in Chiang Mai. Thanks.

There is a shop in Warorot market area that specializes in supplying beauty salons. They are located next to WIN, on the same side of the street as the Chinese temple. WIN is the retail beauty products shop located on the second north-side road as you walk on Chang Moi, going from the river. WIN always blocks the sidewalks with tables full of cheap bras with uni girls pawing thru the bras.

Looks like that beauty supply shop next to WIN has a good selection of small items that people in the barber and beauty trades buy. I've been able to locate all sorts of equipment for manicures (I like to bring my own equipment to the nail salon). I suspect, they'll also have the equipment shown above (if balckhead removal is something done at beauty shops here -- it isn't in the U.S. -- they'd send you to a dermatologist because of the risk of infection.)
