i am in pattaya and i was in central shopping and i went into a shop called Royal project and was able to buy some shaghetti squash,

now they have run out so i wanted to know if any one knows where i can buy some more ?

they are a great alternative to pasta (carbs)

I've never seen that anywhere in town except where you bought it.

An idea for you though it is to use whole wheat pasta, and LESS of it, but use a large portion of BROCCOLI in the sauce. Very filling, very healthy, and less pasta.

I believe I've seen them at both big c extra and foodland, however, they come and go and are not a regularly stocked item.

they are back there in pattaya royal project shop....25 baht small and 50 baht large one ...
