"Tired.. Bummed out but not giving up. Fight on.. For mom and dad. So young or so little and already owe over a million!"

I think this is accurate. "ท้ออออออ...แต่ไม่ถ่อย" I've not encountered before, but after thinking about it thats what it means to me.

This sentence looks like somebody's facebook status or something similar, so let's break it down:

So we know เหนื่อย means tired followed by three dots obviously we cut it here and move on

Next is ท้อ followed immediately by "แต่ไม่ถ่อย" The word แต่ is "but" right? That yields "ท้อ but ไม่ถ่อย" are you following? That connects those together. Cut.

สู้ๆ - fight on.. fight for what? เพื่อ for the sake of พ่อกับแม่ Cut.

ตัวแค่นี้ - An age reference to someone who's very young to be [something] something or can do something impressive despite their young age. It must be followed by something, so whatever follows it you connect them. Also can be an answer to a question how big is something that is counted in ตัว: animals, fish, clothes.. others. So you maybe waving your pinky and saying ตัวแค่นี้...

มีหนี้เป้นล้าน - to owe a million...

If you get stuck breaking things down, try starting from the end of the sentence and work your way back and then do it the regular way again.
