June 20, 201313 yr I've never found anything decent in the supermarkets. In Bangkok its best to make it or try one of the restaurants to take some out. The one near subway on silom wasn't bad at all.
August 31, 201312 yr There is actually a local company that makes Real natural Hummus delivery and other middle eastern staff and its really good. They are called HomeMade-Cheese Co. you can look at their website www.homemade-cheese.com another option is just to find the favorite style Hummus in one of the Lebanese restaurants and just have it delivered or take away tough their hummus lasts only for a 1-2 day from the restaurant. good luck:)
August 31, 201312 yr Villa Market on Lang Suan usually has both the straight chickpea kind and the kind with chickpeas mixed with tahini.
September 8, 201312 yr Any restaurant in the Bangkok arab quarter will have buckets of it. If you have a preference such as a sesame or almond mix etc I'm sure they'll adapt to your taste. I like the hummus at Nadimos on Sukhumvit Soi 24, their broad bean soup is also delicious.
