We are currently in need of:

Customer Service Representatives (Thai and English)

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Perform customer verifications, process orders, forms, applications and requests of clients
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in both oral and written English and Thai language
• Experience with customer service roles
• Proficiency with MS Office
