I asked my wife to translate,

OK part of this is a lady's name, uncommon name, (E'chomanard), but can be a gay man or ladyboy that they can call other person, the next part is not Thai but North Thailand dialect, possably Chiang mai/chiang rai,? loosly translated means something is not finished, or make again, but the words are not in context so difficult for accurate translation, sorry,
