hi guys this is my first time posting ,i am coming to pattaya dec for 1 month , with husband we come every year for 2 month but stay in pattaya for 1month, last time we stayed in mooks on 3rd rd but we had to hire a car because it a bit out and i have a bad leg, we was thinking if to go back to mooks really nice people and it has cooking ,that would be about 15 ,000 baht the month,or nova park 2rd but they r of far down from 2rd rd near big c 24 ,000 baht the month with cooking .or tycoonplace south pattaya rd soi 9 with cooking 24,000 baht i can find any reviews on tycoonplace but some said it was down a dark ally has any one stayed at tycoonplace thanks for any help a x

Look at the Markland on Beach Road, Soi 1. Baht bus close to everything. Walk to Big C on 2nd road. About 15-18000 on a 1 month rental. Get on the south side for a wonderful view of Pattaya. Clean safe and secure. Go to the condo office and ask for Sylvia . She will get you what you want
