Your role:

• Answering customer enquiries, primarily over the telephone and chat services
• Assisting customers in placing the order, providing information, and giving recommendations when necessary
• Improving customer experience by assisting customers from order, tracking, and follow up
• Providing personalized customer service of the highest level

Who you are?

• Thai National
• Clear and precise speaking skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to demonstrate effective interaction with customers in a friendly, courteous, and informative manner
• Service minded
• Flexibility to work rotating shift
• Proficient in MS Office applications (word, excel)
• Fluent in Thai and good level of spoken and written English
