It says she will be "up for parole" in 7 years, that does not even remotely suggest that she will be granted parole. Only that she will get a parole hearing. She will have to prove that she has changed in prison and is no longer a threat to others. Change is often a very difficult thing to prove.

As long as she doesn't cut off anyone's penis whilst in the women's prison, it shouldn't be hard to convince a judge that she's a changed person after 7 years.

A similar thing happened to a Belgian man in Pattaya some time ago who [stupidly] has TWO bar girl "girlfriends" at opposite ends of Pattaya's Bar strip? Unfortunately one day they supposedly met by accident AND realised they both had the SAME farang "boyfriend" ... AND "the rest is history" including his "WILLY". I believe from news reports that the only thing that saved his life was that his mates came home early.

Also from a medical point of view ... I believe it is nigh impossible to re-attach a [completely] severed penis ... especially one that has recently been through a "waste disposal unit" !!!

However I believe surgeons have had some successes with re-attaching a partially severed member.

Yes I knew of one prison guard who had his bitten off. She had not changed.

This is probably the most heinous crime, short of murder, that a person can do. It's sexual mutilation, causing severe injury and possibly death. Not to mention all the psychological issues that come along with losing your best friend. I see this as a hate crime against males. What if she was sexually abused day in day out , repeatedly multiple times per day? Forced to engage in choking oral sex and painful anal sex on a daily basis, slapped around and used just for sex? What if her ex was twice her size and she had no way to stop him?

Would you not go crazy insane and want to cut that thing off too?..to a woman being the victim of sexual abuse im sure its not the 'best part' to her...probably the worst part.

The law is usually, but not always, a little more lenient toward female offenders. This lady, however, was going through a divorce, so she knew the legal system a little. If her husband was doing any of the things described by a previous poster, then he could be charged, whether they are married or not. She didn't chose a legal option.

I know of a lady who was convicted of murdering her husband and the conviction was for Justifiable Homicide. She lived in the country and did not have a car and they had no phone. He severely beat her and this was evidenced by numerous and multiple broken bones. She had a number of children and one night her husband came home and started beating one of the kids. She told the oldest one to take the horse and ride to the neighbors and borrow a gun because there was a skunk under one of the buildings.

The kid came back with a shotgun and she blew her husband away. She surrendered to the police and was charged with First Degree Murder. She said she was willing to take the beatings, but she would not sit by and watch him start beating the children.

A person can go as crazy as he/she likes, if it goes so far to mutilate his/her lover, it is acceptable no matter what, you are insane. That person should be put in jail.

I wonder how many times it has been done in real life in Thailand. Pretty unheard of here in USA.
