joeaverage Posted July 3, 2013 Share Posted July 3, 2013 A week or so ago i tried to change my profile pic to display a particularly winsome pattaya local celebrity. At that time, the image would not upload, the feature kept hanging and i eventually gave up. It can take from a few minutes to several days before an avatar shows up correctly due to ISP caching. Many ISPs set their TTL (time to live) of their proxy caches way to high.
