It is situated in Baan Nong Khoi which is near Singha Brewery on Mahasarkam Road or near Wishing Tree Resort about 12kms south of Khon Kaen Town. The land is off road rectangular in shape and flat. Price 1.1 million but open to discussion. I am not financially involved, but was asked to advertise it on farang website. PM me for contact numbers in Thai or English if interested.
